A lovely surprise stay

The staff truly brightened our days, friendly faces greeted us each morning. Our warm, inviting room topped it all, providing peace after a long day of sightseeing.

the location was very convenient for our needs. However, the glass door security issue was frustrating, and the morning staff seemed a bit less engaged than expected, which affected our overall impression of the stay.

The 24-hour pool and hot tub offered a much-needed respite after a long day of driving. I really enjoyed the variety at breakfast, including fresh fruit and oatmeal. The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

We stayed in a King Room and loved exploring the local Union County Fairgrounds. The place was cozy with decent cable programming, perfect for winding down after a day out. The grab-and-go breakfast was a nice surprise, too!

However, the floors could use a thorough cleaning. They weren't the best, and it was a bit off-putting.

The stay was primarily for catching the NAIA CCC wrestling tournament, and we had a great overall experience. The facility was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful, making our check-in smooth. However, the shower in our room had a high-pitched squeal when in use, which was a bit annoying. Despite that, we appreciated the central location and the hotel’s pet-friendly policy.
